This course provides an overview of investing in multifamily apartment buildings. The course will discuss what is involved in the development process, how to profitably manage an apartment building and how to avoid the common pitfalls of multifamily investing.

Sonya is also an equity partner in Southeast and Midwest multifamily apartment buildings totaling 438 units and over $28M in asset value.
